Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
We strive to ship most orders as quickly as possible. Each one of our products are custom engraved.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If Gaeferrara are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Gaeferrara will contact you via email.
There is no need to pay additional shipping charges when the order amount is over $60, and a fixed $10 shipping fee is required if the order amount is less than $60.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, Gaeferrara only UPS Priority Mail delivery which takes 20-30 business days for international orders to arrive.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The moment your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an E-mail notification confirming the shipment of the order and the tracking number. This vital information will abet you in tracking your package online till the time it reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Information and Duration
Orders are not shipped after the closing of business on Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Once an order has been placed, you can change the shipping address or email address as well the items ordered (size, colour, etc.) if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables may extend shipping times. Please understand Gaeferrara are not responsible for these situations as they are beyond control.
The products are usually shipped out individually once available in order to get them to you quicker.
Due to high demand and the recent pandemic situation, you may experience longer shipping times than normal. Gaeferrara sincerely thank you for your patience.
Why are orders processed longer than expected?
The first reason is that the product is no longer available or not in stock. It could have been bought just before you made the order, and now Gaeferrara are waiting for the new arrival of goods from the manufacturer. Usually a delivery takes from 10 to 15 business days, but if the manufacturer warehouse is far away from us it can take from 20 days to 4 weeks.
The second reason is credit card fraud. For this reason, Gaeferrara ask the owner to confirm the credit card, or use other options for the safety of your money and secure shopping.
You know the address and telephone number of our store, so you have nothing to fear, as opposed to us.
The third reason – it’s the weather conditions (but it is the rarest reason). It happens that the terrible weather does not give us the opportunity to get to the warehouse and deliver the goods.
The customer is responsible for any costs or fees (including but not limited to storage and re-delivery) that are a result of the failure to take the delivery on the date and time it has been scheduled. The shipping company will contact the customer directly to schedule the delivery. For your comfort, a tracking number and other delivery information will be provided to you once your order ships from our warehouse. After your consent for shipment, if for any reason you cannot accept delivery of the door when it arrives at the indicated terminal near you, you will be responsible for any storage fees charged by the shipping company. gaeferrara.it will not be able to allow your delivery without collecting those storage fees in advance.
Change of Delivery Address
Any modifications made to the delivery address must be sent in writing (Email at Contect) to gaeferrara.it’s office up to 2 hours of placing the order.
Invalid Delivery Address
If the delivery address is invalid or inaccessible, the customer accepts to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges. Gaeferrara strongly recommend picking up the order from the shipping company`s terminal or any location other than the invalid or inaccessible delivery address since gaeferrara.it will not be responsible for any damages.
gaeferrara.it takes extra steps before any shipment to make sure every product is carefully packaged with protecting materials to avoid any possible damages during delivery. Please note that gaeferrara.it is not responsible for any damages that may happen during, upon, or after delivery.
Gaeferrara are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you refuse a shipment from gaeferrara.it, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to gaeferrara.it. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
